Science Students Get New Coats

Last month, the Science Department was able to acquire lab coats for their students to use while they are carrying out their experiments in the laboratory.

Students seem to be appreciative and excited sporting their new coats to wear in the laboratory. In addition to using the busen burners and other tools in the laboratory, students will as a safety measure be required to wear these new overalls. The purchase of the overall is not just only to improve the aesthetic appearance of students carrying out scientific experiments in the laboratory, but it is also to conform to a safety requirement. 

This latest purchase is a part of continued efforts to provide the students with more resources to facilitate meaningful teaching and learning.
