Principal
Mr. Shannell Talbert
The Principal is the chief executive officer and instructional leader of the school. He is responsible for the overall administration, strategic planning, financial management, curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and student achievement. The Principal works closely with the School Board, Ministry of Education, staff, parents, and community partners to ensure that Ascot High School delivers a high-quality education while maintaining a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment.

The Dean of Studies leads the school's academic programme by monitoring curriculum delivery, student performance, assessments, and examinations. The Dean works closely with Heads of Department to improve teaching and learning throughout the school.
Dean of Discipline
Mrs. Yashika Edwards-Cummings
The Dean of Discipline promotes positive student behaviour and oversees the implementation of the school's Code of Conduct. The Dean works with students, parents, teachers, and external agencies to maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment.
Assistant Dean of Discipline

The Assistant Dean of Discipline supports the Dean in monitoring student behaviour, implementing intervention programmes, and promoting a positive school culture.
Guidance Counsellors

The Guidance Counselling Department provides academic, social, emotional, behavioural, and career guidance services to students. Counsellors work closely with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support students' overall development and well-being.
External Examinations Coordinator

The External Examinations Coordinator manages the planning and administration of all external examinations conducted at the school, including CSEC and other examinations offered through approved examining bodies.
