Orientation for new students will be held on two days this year.

The first orientation session is scheduled for Friday July 1, 2016 starting at 8:30am and ending at noon. The session will be on Monday July 4, 2016 starting and ending at the same times.

At the orientation, parents and new students alike will meet with school administrators such as the principal, vice-principal, deans of discipline, guidance counsellors, academic officials, bursar, and parent-staff association personnel. At this forum, parents/guardians will be briefed about various school policies and be given the opportunity to solicit pertinent information to them about their child/ward's tenure at the school. It is very important for parents and new students to attend these sessions; hence, all parents/guardians of new students along with their charges are encouraged to be in attendance. If a parent is not able to attend, a responsible adult should accompany the child to the orientation. Please note that parents/guardians as well as the new students are encouraged to attend the Friday session. If they cannot attend on Friday they should attend on the Monday session.

The administration of Ascot High School welcomes all new parents and students to our august institution. We are sure that all new parents and students will have a worthwhile time at our noble institution.
