Ascot Loses to Denham TownPublication Date: Saturday September 17, 2016 09:17:11 am EST  File: Manning Cup Training in April Ascot was defeated by Denham Town High School yesterday at home 1-0. Although Ascot lost the game, the boys did not perform too badly. There is much room for improvement nonetheless. An error by one of the Ascot players cost them the match. There were several opportunities for Ascot to score but those opportunities were squandered. Nevertheless the team is promising a much better performance when they play Kingston College on Monday at Kingston College. The team still anticipates the support of the school community. |
